Agent Compensation
Jump Realty offers three split levels: 85/15 for Level 1, 90/10 for Level 2, and 95/5 for Level 3. Higher levels recognize established production, while every plan is Rev Share Ready.
Your plan, clearly
Level 1 is 85/15 and is open to all agents. Level 2 is 90/10 after two previous anniversary years at $120,000 GCI each. Level 3 is 95/5 after two previous anniversary years at $240,000 GCI each. Every plan includes the same straightforward monthly fee and annual-cap structure.

The monthly fee
No. The $99 monthly fee does not count toward your annual cap.

A plan benefit
$250 per personal transaction
Up to three personal transactions per anniversary year, before or after cap. The company split is waived for each personal transaction.
The loyalty bonus
Your annual cap begins at $20,000. On each anniversary year, it reduces by $1,000 as a loyalty bonus until it reaches a $15,000 floor.
