2017. Did you get your underwear?

Co-owners Mary Morrison and Damon Winney opened an upstart brokerage that immediately hit the headlines with its first recruiting campaign ‘Want more support?’. An edgy campaign designed to get people talking. 4 Agents (aka Jumpers)▪.

2018. JUMP is everywhere

Our edgy creativity and marketing got not just the city’s agents talking, it has consumers across the Windsor and Essex county stating that “Jump is Everywhere”. 21 Jumpers▪.

2019. top 10 brokerages by agent count▪

Bigger than a swag of old school brokerages, Jump now surpasses decades old brokerages and continues rocketing forward on a path to enter the top 5 locally by the end of 2021. 39 Jumpers▪.

2021. Hey covid, go take a Jump

Hey ‘Covid’, stop trying to steal our fun and why don’t you go stay at home. Our team continued to break new sales records, onboarding new Jumpers, adding new offices and new marketing milestones, whilst not breaking the rules. We are 100% fueled by our desire to continuously push the boundaries alongside the logic to be good social stewards. 80+ Jumpers▪.

2022. lets Zag together

Did someone say ‘Peak Real Estate’? We don’t think that’s the case, whilst most brokerages scaled back staffing levels in the new economic environment, we grew ours by over 100% focusing on improving systems and processes. 2023. artificial intelligence to the tech-stack rescue

While we have been using AI based tools for several years, we kicked it up yet another notch and added AI to our intranet enabling our Jumpers improved usability and accuracy. It’s so exciting where this is taking us. While the market continued it’s stagnant poise, we went into overdrive investing in our tech-stack and intertwining it into our marketing, you may not see the results but our Clients and our Jumpers sure will.
